Reservation and Service Information

How to Order and Get a Ride

  1. Passengers may inquire and provide information via WhatsApp / WeChat / Line.

  2. A response or quotation will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your details, by social app or email.

  3. Please check the quotation for accuracy.

  4. Remit the full amount to the HSBC account and provide notification.
    Hong Kong-paying passengers: payments may be sent to our HSBC account via ATM, PayMe for Business, or FPS.
    Overseas remittance (for non-Hong Kong-paying passengers): payments may be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

  5. Validate our formal receipt and confirmation notification.

  6. Print or save the receipt for presentation to the driver in Thailand.

  7. Reminder message will be sent on the day before departure.

  8. On the travel day: Reminder message will be sent once driver arrives at the meeting location.

General Service Information

【Meeting Point】​

Suvarnabhumi International Airport

  • Our staff will hold a sign bearing our company logo and wait for passengers at Exit 3 of the Arrivals Hall. Upon arrival at the Arrivals Hall, please turn to your right.

Don Mueang International Airport

  • Our staff will wait for passengers at the Arrivals Hall near Exit 5, holding a sign with our company logo.

​

Hotel / Guesthouse / Resort / Designated meeting point

  • After parking the vehicle, the driver will take a photo to confirm the meeting location.

  • The relevant information will be sent via WhatsApp.

【Payment Method】

Local Payments (Hong Kong)

Customers can make payments via ATM, Payme, Faster Payment System (FPS), or Alipay HK.

 

Overseas Payments (Non-Hong Kong Residents)

  1. Bank Transfer: Customers are responsible for all bank-relateed service fees (including intermediary and local bank charges).

  2. Online Platform: We accept payments in other currencies via Visa / Mastercard / WeChat Pay.

【Insurance】

Our touring vehicles are insured under Thai law, and our services fall within standard travel insurance coverage.

If desired, passengers may opt to purchase additional local motor vehicle insurance through our company. If you wish to purchase, please provide each passenger’s full name, gender, date of birth, and passport number. The insurance we arrange provides medical coverage for injuries sustained while using our services, with out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed on a actual-cost basis, up to a maximum limit of THB 100,000.

Note:

  • If, during the use of our touring vehicle, you are injured in a traffic accident and require medical treatment locally, please report to the local authorities and obtain a medical certificate.

  • Please keep all documents and contact our company after returning to your home country.

【Cancellation due to Travel Advisories】

 

Red travel advisory (Bangkok, Thailand)

  • If the Hong Kong SAR Government Security Bureau issues a red travel advisory for Bangkok prior to departure, you may cancel by notifying our company within 72 hours of the advisory issuance.

  • The company will charge HKD 200 as an administration fee (per order) and refund the remaining amount.

  • This applies only to customers whose orders were confirmed before the red advisory was issued by the HKSAR Government Security Bureau for Bangkok, Thailand.

  • If you notify us more than 72 hours after the red advisory is issued, the standard terms stated in the invoice apply.

 

Black travel advisory

  • If the HKSAR Government Security Bureau issues a black travel advisory for Bangkok prior to departure, the rental fee will be refunded in full.

  • Please notify the company at least 48 hours before the service (the first 48 hours after the black advisory is issued do not qualify for this arrangement).

  • If refunds are to be issued to an overseas bank account, please refer to the “Overseas Passenger Refund Arrangements.”

【Order Cancellation】

If a trip is cancelled for personal reasons without a Red or Black Outbound Travel Alert for Bangkok issued by the Hong Kong Security Bureau, standard cancellation fees will be applied.

 

《Airport Transfer Service》

  • For any cancellation or changes to the service time, if notified four days or more before the service date, a HKD 200 administration fee will be charged.

  • If notified less than four days before the service date, a HKD 500 administration fee will be charged.

  • The company will not cancel or change bookings for any customer with less than two days’ notice prior to the service date; all payments already made will be retained as administration fees and are non-refundable. Please note.

 

《Daily Chauffeur Service》

  • For any cancellation or changes to the service time, if notified seven days or more before the service date, a HKD 200 administration fee will be charged.

  • If notified less than seven days before the service date, a HKD 500 administration fee will be charged.

  • The company will not cancel or change bookings for any customer with less than four days’ notice prior to the service date; all payments already made will be retained as administration fees and are non-refundable. Please note.

 

Refund arrangements for overseas passengers

  • If a refund is requested to an overseas bank account, the company will deduct the applicable administrative fees (if any) before returning the rental amount.

  • The passenger is responsible for any bank charges incurred.

Airport Transfer Service

【Early Morning Pick-Up】

Airport departures

  • Passengers with flight scheduled arrival times between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM must pay an additional HKD 100 surcharge.

  • If passengers request a pickup at 7:00 AM or later, this surcharge does not apply.

  • Flight delays will not incur the surcharge.

 

Hotel departures

  • If the pickup time is between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, passengers are required to pay an additional HKD 200 surcharge.

【Additional Stopover Attractions】

  • This applies to Transfer Service Only

  • If passengers wish to visit extra attractions during the vehicle hire on the same day, a HKD 300 surcharge will apply for each additional stop.

  • Passengers must provide the required destination details to our company before departure.

  • The time allowance for extra stopovers is 2 hours; after the first two hours, an additional fee of THB 250 per hour will charged.

Note: Additional stops must be reported and confirmed with our company BEFORE departure.

Daily Chauffeur Service

【Itinerary Translation Services】

We recommend that travelers select their destination details before departure (we can assist with itinerary planning).

  • Tourist guides or travel books may list attractions (especially restaurants) that are not necessarily popular in Thailand, and drivers may not be familiar with those areas.

  • We suggest providing your destination information 4–7 days before departure.

  • We will verify whether the itinerary needs to be adjusted due to business or location constraints and will notify the driver of any arrangements.

 

Important: The proposed itinerary is for reference only. Travelers may modify the plan during the trip.

【Others】

Travelers may request to visit additional tourist attractions during the service. Please note:

Drivers reserve the right to refuse access to locations affected by political unrest, natural disasters, war, or other disruptions.

Service hours: The service is available from the scheduled departure time. An additional fee of THB 300 per hour applies beyond the initial inclusive hours.

**This fee is payable on the day of the journey and partial hours will be billed as a full hour.

​

To ensure drivers have adequate rest, daily service hours run from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
