After folding the rear seats and storing luggage, the maximum capacity is four passengers.
Otherwise, six passengers may be accommodated.
Rear-seat luggage capacity: Four 28-inch suitcases
11-seater vehicle
After folding the rear seats and storing luggage, the maximum capacity is seven passengers.
Otherwise, ten passengers may be accommodated.
Rear-seat luggage capacity: Eight 28-inch suitcases
14-seater vehicle
After folding the rear seats and storing luggage, the maximum capacity is ten passengers.
Otherwise, thirteen passengers may be accommodated.
Rear-seat luggage capacity: Eight 28-inch suitcases
Or, equivalently, you can calculate using:
One 28-inch suitcase equals two 21-inch suitcases

《Airport Transfer Service》 and 《Daily Chauffeur Service》 are both private charter services and will not share a ride with other passengers.
The day before departure, we will send you a message with the driver’s details, including:
Driver’s name and photo
Vehicle details (license plate and photo)
For safety reasons, we do not provide the driver’s phone number in advance. All pre-departure communications with the driver go through our company.
Meeting points and instructions are as follows:
Suvarnabhumi International Airport
Our staff will hold a sign bearing our company logo and wait for passengers at Exit 3 of the Arrivals Hall. Upon arrival at the Arrivals Hall, please turn to your right.
Don Mueang International Airport
Our staff will wait for passengers at the Arrivals Hall near Exit 5, holding a sign with our company logo.
Hotel / Guesthouse / Resort / designated meeting point
After parking the vehicle, the driver will take a photo to confirm the meeting location.
The relevant information will be sent via WhatsApp.
Under Thai law
Professional drivers must be Thai nationals.
Airport Transfer Service
Our company will notify the driver of the itinerary.
Passengers only need to present the confirmation notice issued by our company.
Daily Chauffeur Service
Drivers can communicate in basic English.
Standard itineraries and attractions are supported.
Hong Kong-paying passengers Payments can be sent to our HSBC account via ATM, PayMe for Business, or FPS.
Overseas remittance (for non-Hong Kong-paying passengers)
Bank transfer: Passengers are responsible for paying all bank charges, including charges from local intermediary banks.
PayPal with credit card: Our company will charge a 5% service fee on the total rental amount.
If a passenger cancels the itinerary for personal reasons and there are no travel advisories issued by the Hong Kong Security Bureau for Bangkok, Thailand, the following cancellation policies apply.
《Airport Transfer Service》
For any cancellation or changes to the service time, if notified four days or more before the service date, a HKD 200 administration fee will be charged.
If notified less than four days before the service date, a HKD 500 administration fee will be charged.
The company will not cancel or change bookings for any customer with less than two days’ notice prior to the service date; all payments already made will be retained as administration fees and are non-refundable. Please note.
《Daily Chauffeur Service》
For any cancellation or changes to the service time, if notified seven days or more before the service date, a HKD 200 administration fee will be charged.
If notified less than seven days before the service date, a HKD 500 administration fee will be charged.
The company will not cancel or change bookings for any customer with less than four days’ notice prior to the service date; all payments already made will be retained as administration fees and are non-refundable. Please note.
Refund arrangements for overseas passengers
If a refund is requested to an overseas bank account, the company will deduct the applicable administrative fees (if any) before returning the rental amount.
The passenger is responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Our touring vehicles are insured under Thai law, and our services fall within standard travel insurance coverage.
If desired, passengers may opt to purchase additional local motor vehicle insurance through our company. If you wish to purchase, please provide each passenger’s full name, gender, date of birth, and passport number. The insurance we arrange provides medical coverage for injuries sustained while using our services, with out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed on a actual-cost basis, up to a maximum limit of THB 100,000.
Note:
If, during the use of our touring vehicle, you are injured in a traffic accident and require medical treatment locally, please report to the local authorities and obtain a medical certificate.
Please keep all documents and contact our company after returning to your home country.
Cancellation due to travel advisories
Red travel advisory (Bangkok, Thailand)
If the Hong Kong SAR Government Security Bureau issues a red travel advisory for Bangkok prior to departure, you may cancel by notifying our company within 72 hours of the advisory issuance.
The company will charge HKD 200 as an administration fee (per order) and refund the remaining amount.
This applies only to customers whose orders were confirmed before the red advisory was issued by the HKSAR Government Security Bureau for Bangkok, Thailand.
If you notify us more than 72 hours after the red advisory is issued, the standard terms stated in the invoice apply.
Black travel advisory
If the HKSAR Government Security Bureau issues a black travel advisory for Bangkok prior to departure, the rental fee will be refunded in full.
Please notify the company at least 48 hours before the service (the first 48 hours after the black advisory is issued do not qualify for this arrangement).
If refunds are to be issued to an overseas bank account, please refer to the “Overseas Passenger Refund Arrangements.”
